Relax!

One of my favorite herbs is Passion Flower. It's a relaxant. Take it when you need to wind down. Give it to your kids when they are sick and cranky and need to sleep. Just brew some up as a tea and add a bit of honey. Yum! And you'll feel warm and fuzzy in no time.

  2. That is great to know! I normally use Valerian for restlessness and to help the kids sleep. Do you know how it compares? I always enjoy your posts on herbs!

  3. We use Valerian too sometimes. Passion Flower is a milder sedative. Both are nervine herbs. Valerian Root is stronger, good for stress.
