And another thing about Liberians - they like all things hot and spicy. I buy Red Pepper Flakes in bulk. Isaac puts it on almost everything he eats. Daniel likes it too, just not in so great a quantity. Isaac also asks me to buy jalapenos whenever I hit the grocery store. He loves grilled jalapenos. I now always make one batch of plain cornbread and one batch of jalapeno cornbread.It's a Liberian thing.
