Times Square bomber sentenced & warns of more attacks
The Pakistani immigrant who tried to detonate a car bomb on a busy Saturday night in Times Square accepted a life sentence with a smirk Tuesday and warned that Americans can expect more bloodshed at the hands of Muslims.
". . .I do hope you will spend some of the time in prison thinking carefully about whether the Quran wants you to kill lots of people," Cedarbaum (the judge) said.
Shahzad responded that the "Quran gives us the right to defend. And that's all I'm doing."

Yes, of course the Quran tells him to kill lots of people! It says it's a Muslim's job to kill infidels (and that's Jews and Christians).
It frustrates me to hear people refer to these terrorists as "radical Muslims". If they are radical, then I am a radical Christian. Because I believe the Bible.
They are not radical Muslims at all; they are obedient Muslims.

I couldn't agree with you more. They are very obedient! I have had the opportunity to work with a Muslim in a recreational setting and his conviction of what he believes is powerful. If even half of the Christians were as obedient as he is in his faith we would be a people of great influence. It's so easy for us in the U.S. to be lazy about our faith. It's like we are a sleeping group, and I for one am so tired of sleeping, wake up! Do what you are commanded by the living God! Because if we continue to sleep the others will be influenced by the wrong. We are just as responsible for sleeping and not doing anything as we are the "obedient" Muslims who kill. We are letting our fellow Americans, and fellow people to die, maybe not a physical death but a spiritual death, which is far worse. WAKE UP! Raise an army in your house hold that you can send out, because they are, and it's a battle! OK, I'm done, now go do something! :)
Agreeing with you!
I read this statement recently, "Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth,” the San Ramon Valley Herald reported the founder of the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR), Omar Ahmad, saying before a Muslim audience in 1998.
Its frightening.
However most people's response seems to be "All religions have been taken to violent extremes throughout history. Christianity's was a long time ago. What make Islam's so disturbing is that it is now." Sigh...
If Christians would be radical (as you say) or fundamental evangelical, it would be easier for people to understand that conversion should not be through dominance but by persuading another to hear the Truth and decide for themselves. Then there could be many peaceful *obedient* Christians.
Christians don't need to be radical. Christianity is radical!
My point was these Muslims aren't radical; they're obedient. Anyone who obeys the Bible isn't radical; they're a Christian.
Yes, I agree. However, it seems that we have a lot of culture christians running around rather than obedient Christians.
